A fast first selection of the best photos is prepared so you can post the same or next day, while the event is still fresh. The full gallery arrives selected, colour graded, for web and print, by the agreed deadline.

We hand over the usage rights, so the photos can be used in advertising too.

If you need both photo and video, we deliver them from one team, so the photos and the film share the same style and your guests are not disturbed by two separate crews.

What we shoot with

Medium format Hasselblad H3D and full frame Sony A7 IV, Zeiss Batis and Zeiss vintage lenses, two Godox AD200 Pro and Godox system flashes, softboxes and reflectors in every size, a table top rig and a mobile photo studio. Retouching is done in house on 10 and 12 bit monitors calibrated every year, so colours are accurate on screen and in print.

We keep the files in three copies in two separate buildings for the period agreed.

Footage survives fire, water or other damageStorage as agreed: included in the price under an annual contract, otherwise we delete all formats within 3 months of delivery. Raw footage is handed over on request.

Can we have a photographer and a videographer at the same time?

Yes, from the same team.

Can we use the photos in advertising?

Yes, we hand over the usage rights. Informing the participants is the organiser's responsibility.

How many photographers are needed?

It depends on the size of the event and on parallel sessions; we recommend a number based on the programme.

What if a memory card fails?

We record to dual cards, so the footage is preserved.
