What is an event video good for?

Those who were there relive it. Those who were not see what they missed, and next year they will be there. An event video is the best invitation to your next event, and it is also what you show sponsors when you negotiate next year's edition.

Shot the right way, it also works for recruiting and for your website: a conference shows your professional weight, a company event shows your team.

How we work on site

Beforehand we walk the venue and get the programme: we know what happens when, where the light will be and where the sound will be. On the shoot, one or more camera operators work, with separate audio for the talks taken directly from the mixing desk.

The photographer and the videographer come from the same team, so the photos and the film are made in one style, and guests are not disturbed by two separate crews.

What do you take home from an event?

Four deliverables, one shoot. We fix the exact list in advance based on the programme.

aftermovie

A 1 to 2 minute highlight film with music, featuring the best moments of the event.

This is what you show sponsors, and it becomes the invitation to your next event.

social cut

A short vertical video while the event is still running, so your posts are fresh.

A fast cut with captions, from the venue, while participants are still there.

talks

Multi-camera recording with clean audio from the mixing desk, edited together with the presentation.

The conference content can be watched afterwards, on your website or on a closed platform.

interviews

A few sentences from participants, organisers and speakers on site.

These can later become separate short videos, for recruiting or for promoting next year's event.

What you get and when

Deadlines depend on the length of the event and the cuts requested. The exact dates are set in the quote.

Footage and data backup

An event cannot be reshot, so data security matters most here. We record to dual memory cards, then copy to the master machine, to our own NAS over an encrypted VPN with hash verification, and to a second master machine in another building. That makes three copies, two of them in separate locations.

Delivery goes through an independent business cloud. We keep the material as agreed and hand over raw footage on separate request.
