interior
Every room from several angles, with straight perspective.
The viewer understands how the spaces connect.
Order, light, straight lines: photography of offices, clinics, retail spaces and apartments, with drone too.
What makes it good

Straight verticals, natural light and a picture that shows the space, not the furniture. In a good property photo the viewer understands how the rooms connect.
For offices, clinics, retail spaces and apartments the rule is the same: order, light, straight lines.
Time of day and facade
We photograph the facade at the time of day when it faces the light. Inside, we supplement natural light so the windows do not burn out and the corners are not dark.
Clinics and offices are photographed before or after opening hours so work does not stop.
Order, light, straight lines: the same rule applies to offices, clinics, retail spaces and apartments.

Facade, entrance and surroundings at the time of day when they face the light.
This is how buyers recognise the place before they arrive.
Materials, finishes and furnishings up close.
Quality shows in the detail, not in the wide shot.
Where airspace allows, the building and its surroundings from above.
It shows what is around it: park, parking, transport.
Indicative time requirements. The exact appointment is adjusted to the time of day.
| Property | Time required | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Apartment | a few hours | interior and facade |
| Office, clinic | half a day | before or after opening hours |
| Larger building | full day | several times of day |
| Drone photo | separate appointment | where airspace allows |
What we shoot with
Medium format Hasselblad H3D and full frame Sony A7 IV, Zeiss Batis and Zeiss vintage lenses, two Godox AD200 Pro and Godox system flashes, softboxes and reflectors in every size, a table top rig and a mobile photo studio. Retouching is done in house on 10 and 12 bit monitors calibrated every year, so colours are accurate on screen and in print.
We keep the files in three copies in two separate buildings for the period agreed.
Where the photos go
On the website, in property listings, in the Google Business Profile and in presentations. In the Business Profile, interior and exterior photos help buyers recognise the place.
Details on the local SEO page.
Floor area, the number of rooms and drone photography decide the price.
Oloren Hub
After the shoot every image goes into an online gallery. Mark the ones you want with a heart, download your picks with one click, and once you close the selection we start on the finals.

Every shot is recorded to two memory cards at once, and on the day of the shoot it exists in three copies, two of them in separate buildings. Fire, water or any other damage cannot take the footage.
We work with our own equipment: Sony FX3 and A7 IV cameras, Zeiss lenses, broadcast grade sound and light. Editing and grading happen in our own studio on 10 and 12 bit monitors calibrated every year.
Tell us the type, floor area and address of the property and we will get back to you with a quote. Work starts once we have an agreement.
