What is a custom CRM for?

So that every lead ends up in one place: from the website, the phone, ads, email. You can see who is handling it, where it stands, and what the next step is.

A custom CRM follows your process, not a generic sales funnel: with your statuses, your fields, your permissions.

Ad investment instead of ad spendThe campaign optimizes for qualified leads, not form submissions.

Offline conversion: the ad learns from the real customer

The phone quote, the contract, the patient who showed up do not happen on the website. If we send these back from the CRM to Google Ads and Meta, the campaign optimises for the qualified lead, not for the form submission.

This is the biggest difference between ad spend and ad investment.

The four foundations of the CRM

Each is built for your process, with your fields and your statuses.

record

Every enquiry on one record, together with its source: website, phone, ad, email.

The history in one place, not in five inboxes.

status

Where the lead stands: new, called back, quote, contract, lost.

The statuses are the steps of your sales process, not a generic funnel.

owner

Who is handling it, when to call back, what has happened so far.

A reminder if a lead sits too long in one step.

reporting

Which channel brings the most real customers, not just the most enquiries.

We also send the qualified lead back to the advertising platforms so they optimise for it.

Where is the data?

The data lives in the agreed place, in your account or under our operation, with access levels, logging and regular backups. Personal data is handled in line with the GDPR.

The CRM connects via API to the website, the booking system, the invoicing software and the advertising platforms.

Server-side tracking for your ads

We build the tracking into the website's own code: the dataLayer signals when something has happened, the browser-side GTM collects it, and the server-side GTM running on your own subdomain forwards it to GA4, Google Ads, the Meta Conversions API and the TikTok Events API. Consent is handled according to Consent Mode v2.

FAQ: CRM development

Why not an off-the-shelf CRM?

An off-the-shelf CRM is built on a generic funnel. A custom one follows your steps, fields and permissions, and connects what you actually use.

What is an offline conversion?

A deal closed outside the website (contract, appointment attended, purchase) that we send back to the advertising platform so it optimises for it.

Where is the data stored?

In the agreed place, in your account or under our operation, with access levels and backups.

Can phone enquiries be included too?

Yes, we record calls as records too, together with their source.

How long does it take to build?

It depends on the number of processes and integrations; after the needs assessment we give you a schedule.
