statement
An opinion about the industry that the executive stands behind. Not a cliché, but the point where they think differently from the market.
This post opens the month, and it brings the most comments.
Company page and executive profile in one plan: expert posts from interviews, graphics and subtitled video, on a weekly rhythm, for B2B decision makers.
Two channels, one plan
The company page is the official voice: products, projects, team, news, case studies. The executive's profile is the personal voice, and it typically reaches more people than the company page. The best setup is to run both, in one plan: the month's topics are covered on both surfaces, in a different voice and a different form.
The platform keeps growing in 2026: according to Microsoft's quarterly report for the period ending 30 June 2026, LinkedIn revenue rose 12 percent year on year. This is where B2B decision makers can be reached most precisely today, which is why LinkedIn is a standalone pillar of corporate content, not a copy of the Facebook post.
Format and free area
4:5The executive does not write a post every week, but in a 45-minute monthly call they tell us what they think. That is where the month's four texts come from: a statement, an experience, a lesson, a question, edited from their own sentences, not invented on their behalf. After approval we publish on a weekly rhythm, because one post a week, consistently, is worth more than four at once each month.
The visual is a graphic, a photo or a document post in the company's branding; the short, subtitled video gets the most time in the feed.
For the LinkedIn feed we recommend 4:5 video at 1080 × 1350 pixels, because it takes up the most space in the feed. The player controls appear at the bottom, so we keep subtitles out of the lower approx. 170 pixels; the caption toggle sits in the top right corner.
In ads, 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 can all run, from 3 seconds to 30 minutes, as an MP4 of up to 500 MB. Every sentence needs a subtitle, because video in the feed starts without sound.

A case, a project, a mistake and the lesson drawn from it, in concrete terms.
The LinkedIn reader reads a story to the end, not a list.
A practical tip the reader can use tomorrow. Short, in bullet points, also as a document post.
This is the one most people save and share.
At the end of the month, a question to followers that also sets the topics for the next month.
The answers show what the customer cares about, and the next plan is built from that.
| Zone | Size | What covers it |
|---|---|---|
| Bottom | approx. 170 px | play button, timeline, sound, full screen |
| Top corner | small strip | caption on and off toggle |
Employer branding on LinkedIn
Candidates check where they would be working before they apply: from the job ad they go to the company page, where they look at the team introductions, the footage from the workplace and the executive's personal posts. That says more than a job ad.
If recruiting is the goal, we also produce a dedicated film and ads for it, from the same plan: employer branding video and LinkedIn ads.
What makes up the proposal
The quote is built from the number of posts, the share of video, the number of surfaces (company page, personal profile or both) and the recruiting elements. For a campaign, a product launch or building up an executive profile we also work on a project basis, with a fixed number of pieces and a fixed deadline.
Every format starts with a quote, and after the agreement we begin with the first interview. The package system and the terms of longer contracts can be found on the content production page.
LinkedIn content is available as a monthly package with a 12, 24 or 36-month contract, or on a project basis. You will find the content and price of the packages in the boxes below. The price of a custom package or a project-based engagement depends on the number of posts, the share of video and whether we write for the company page or the personal profile as well; we provide a quote for that.
Oloren Hub
The annual strategy lives in Oloren Hub: fifteen sections from the situation analysis through goals, audiences and channel strategy to the quarterly schedule. You see it too, and it exports to Excel or a PDF presentation with one click.

Oloren Hub
When a quarter is active, planned posts become tasks and the system shows live how many have been delivered. You see what is published, what is scheduled and what still waits for approval.
Every shot is recorded to two memory cards at once, and on the day of the shoot it exists in three copies, two of them in separate buildings. Fire, water or any other damage cannot take the footage.
We work with our own equipment: Sony FX3 and A7 IV cameras, Zeiss lenses, broadcast grade sound and light. Editing and grading happen in our own studio on 10 and 12 bit monitors calibrated every year.
Tell us who speaks for the company and who you want to reach, and we will get back to you with a quote. After the agreement, the first interview begins.
We built this software and use it every day ourselves.
