product
The product in use, up close, in a situation the customer sees themselves in. The first two seconds make clear what it is.
This is also where the ad cut comes from.
Vertical video that tells what it is about in the first two seconds: with a monthly plan, a shooting day, an ad cut, in the voice of your communication.
9:16, on a phone, while scrolling
9:16One shoot, many jobs
Where text and logos can go
9:16Reels is a vertical, 9:16 short video format on Instagram and Facebook. Since June 2025, Facebook shows every uploaded video as a Reel, and an Instagram Reel can be up to 3 minutes long. Today a business video first meets the customer on a phone screen, mid-scroll: if the first two seconds do not make clear what it is about, the viewer is already on the next one.
The audience is there: according to Meta's report for the second quarter of 2026, 3.6 billion people use one of Meta's apps every day, time spent on Instagram grew by a double-digit percentage in a year, and watch time on Facebook videos grew by 9 percent globally. That is why Reels is not an add-on for us but the backbone of monthly content production: captioned, understandable without sound, in the voice of your communication.
Organically, Reels reach your followers and people like them. In ads, videos of up to 90 seconds can run, and in practice a cut between 15 and 30 seconds works best. That is why we also make a short ad cut from every longer video and export to the Story grid as well: one shoot, three jobs.
On the advertising side, space is getting more expensive: in the second quarter of 2026, Meta's ad impressions served grew by 14 percent and the average price per ad by 12 percent year on year. Your own organic Reels presence is therefore worth more and more, and advertising delivers the most when the creative has already proven itself organically. We describe ad management on the Facebook and Instagram ads page.
On an Instagram and Facebook Reels video at 1080 × 1920 pixels, the safe zone is roughly the central 950 × 980 pixels. 14 percent at the top (about 270 pixels), 35 percent at the bottom (about 670 pixels) and 6 percent at the sides (about 65 pixels) stay free of text and logo.
We use the same grid for Stories ads, so one asset works in both places. The icon column on the right also reaches into the lower part of the zone, so we place captions to the left and centre, and the logo below the top band.
These types rotate in a monthly plan so the profile does not repeat itself.

Your expert answers a question customers ask most often. Short, captioned, composed for the safe zone.
This type builds trust, and it is the one people save most.
How it is made, who makes it, what a day at your place looks like. No set needed, just good sound and good light.
This is where the viewer gets to know the people they will buy from.
A customer or client in their own words, on location. Not a written script but a conversation, from which the best sentences remain.
We only film with written consent, and we agree the way of use in advance.

Every topic upfront, with approval

The basic package is a starting point, not the only form. Those who want weekly Reels, several locations or several people on camera get a custom package; those who want TikTok and LinkedIn handled in one place are best served by All-In content production. For campaigns, product launches or events we also work on a project basis, with a number of pieces and a deadline fixed in advance.
Every form starts with a quote, and we begin the work after an agreement. You can find the full package system and the terms of longer contracts on the content production page.
Months of footage in a single day
We write the shooting day from the monthly plan: shot list, location, people and props agreed in advance, so a single day yields several months of Reels, ad cuts and Stories. We record the raw footage on dual memory cards and keep it according to our data backup protocol, so it can still be edited later.
The basic package includes one shooting day every two months; for several people on camera, several locations or weekly Reels we recommend a custom package.
Instagram and Facebook content production can be ordered as a monthly package with a 12, 24 or 36 month contract, or on a project basis. You can find the contents and prices of the packages in the boxes below. The price of a custom package and a project-based engagement depends on the number of videos per month, the shooting days and whether talent or a location is needed; we provide a quote for this.
Oloren Hub
We plan and schedule the monthly content in our own system, Oloren Hub. One calendar shows what goes out, when and on which channel, and you approve every post with one click.

Oloren Hub
You watch the edit in Oloren Hub, right next to the post. Write down at which second you would change what, we upload the new version, and the conversation, versions and approval stay in one place until the video goes live.

Every shot is recorded to two memory cards at once, and on the day of the shoot it exists in three copies, two of them in separate buildings. Fire, water or any other damage cannot take the footage.
We work with our own equipment: Sony FX3 and A7 IV cameras, Zeiss lenses, broadcast grade sound and light. Editing and grading happen in our own studio on 10 and 12 bit monitors calibrated every year.
Tell us which channels you want Reels for and how often, and we will get back to you with a quote. All work starts after an agreement.
We built this software and use it every day ourselves.
