difference
What makes you different in a way the customer notices too, not just you.
This is not a slogan but a fact about how you operate, which a competitor cannot say in the same way.
Who you speak to, what makes you different, what you promise: research, points of difference, messaging system and tone of voice, together with the management.
Three decisions
A decision about who you speak to, what makes you different and what you promise. Everything follows from it: the logo, the website copy, the ads, the film.
Without a strategy, every piece can be good on its own, yet together they say nothing.
Customers and competitors
Who your customers are, what they search for, what they ask: from search data, customer service questions and interviews. What the competitors say, and where an empty space remains in the market.
We also check the AI platforms to see who gets named in your field, because today the customer's first impression is formed there too.
We develop the strategy in a workshop, together with the management, so that it is yours and not an external document.
What makes you different in a way the customer notices too, not just you.
This is not a slogan but a fact about how you operate, which a competitor cannot say in the same way.
One sentence that every piece of material says, in different words.
The website, the ads and the film all start from it.
Three supporting points: a number, a case, a certificate, which make the core message credible.
The references and the content topics are built from these.
How the brand speaks, and how it does not, with examples.
This way the copywriter, social media and customer service all speak with the same voice.
This is what you get at the end.
| Chapter | Contents |

| Positioning | what makes you different, in one sentence |
| Messaging system | one core message, three supporting points |
| Tone of voice | how the brand speaks, with examples |
| Next steps | branding, website, content, ads |
Together with management
We present the research findings in a workshop and decide on the positioning and the messages together. This way the strategy is not an external proposal but the management's decision.
After the workshop comes the finalisation of the document, with one feedback round.
One system, not a puzzle
The logo and the visual identity, the website copy, the content plan and the ads all follow from the strategy. If these are made by us as well, one team carries it through, and it does not fall apart at implementation.

The depth of the research and the number of workshops decide it. After an assessment we give you an exact quote.
Oloren Hub
The annual strategy lives in Oloren Hub: fifteen sections from the situation analysis through goals, audiences and channel strategy to the quarterly schedule. You see it too, and it exports to Excel or a PDF presentation with one click.

Tell us where your brand stands today and why it needs a strategy now, and we will get back to you with a quote. Work starts once we have an agreement.
We built this software and use it every day ourselves.
Cookie consent with Google Consent Mode v2: the banner asks for consent per service, passes the decision to Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok and Amazon, and logs every decision.
Free Google Consent Mode v2 checker: in 30 seconds it shows whether your website tells Google about your visitors’ consent.
Free cookie checker: in 30 seconds it shows which cookies land on a visitor’s device before they consent.
Our own project hub where clients follow and approve the work: post copy, photos and videos in one place, and approved posts go live on Facebook and Instagram from here.
Tell us how we can help and we will get back to you within one working day.
